EXCHANGE ARCHITECTURE
01 // THE TIMELINE
Our official window for initiating an exchange is 7 days from the date of delivery.
As long as your initial application email is sent within this 7-day period, your exchange is locked into our system. Even if courier logistics or transit delays take 10 days or a month to finalize, your request remains completely valid. The timestamp of your application overrides transit duration.
02 // GARMENT CONDITION
To be eligible for an exchange, items must remain in their original manufactured state:

Completely unworn and unwashed.

Physically unaltered with all original tags attached.

Kept entirely inside the original JOKAIN packaging.
03 // DOORSTEP REVERSE LOGISTICS
We handle the pickup transit for you. Once your email request is authorized, a courier agent (via our logistics network like Trax or TCS) will be dispatched directly to your shipping address to collect the original package.
04 // THE CANCELLATION CLAUSE
CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTE: Upon arrival of our courier agent at your doorstep, you must hand over the package. If the agent arrives and you are not available, or you are unable to provide the garment during that visit, the entire operation will be permanently cancelled. No secondary attempts or re-applications will be permitted.
05 // SYSTEM STEP EXECUTION

STEP 1: Send a structured email to jokain.jk@gmail.com containing your official order number and a clear photograph of the garment.

STEP 2: Securely pack the item and hand it over immediately to our courier agent when they arrive at your location.

STEP 3: Once the returned piece enters our facility and passes physical validation, your new replacement item will be instantly dispatched to your doorstep.
⚠️ FRAUD PREVENTION & CUSTOMER PROTECTION POLICY
Every incoming return is strictly inspected on video upon arrival. If any package is found to be fake, empty, or tampered with, we will not return the package to you, and your right to any future returns will be permanently revoked. We operate with zero tolerance for fraud to ensure our business remains sustainable. We value your trust above all else; if you are an honest customer, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to protect, support, and guarantee the quality of your purchase.
